AirSerg II

The Airserg II system is a breakthrough in horticultural tree spraying techniques utilising the superior performance of the Tornado High Volume flow axial fan and the technical design excellence of the adjustable AirSergII conveyor.

The system is designed for all tree crop spraying where high air volume and strategically placed air into the tree canopy is a must. Full utilisation of produced spray laden air is used with utmost efficiency providing sound internal and external coverage.

With the standard features of internal adjustable air splitters, air volume can be directed into specific tree canopy areas increasing the overall effectiveness of the spray laden air and with the bottom wings, normally wasted air is directed upwards into the tree giving pinnacle performance

Fully functional air conveyor system with internal vanes for positive air placement. Fabricated from sheet metal with integral reinforcement.

Air vanes provide air discharge separation allowing positive placement of air without unnecessary air mixing which disrupts air flow.

Optional hydraulic upper conveyor control. Electric actuators are optional as well.
